Fabrizia Toccoli

International Projects Manager – IGCAT – Spain

Fabrizia Toccoli is International Projects Manager at IGCAT where she coordinates the European Young Chef Award and the Local Food Gift Challenge. She works as liaison between IGCAT and local partners from the European Region of Gastronomy Platform and organises IGCAT’s international events. She represents IGCAT in European projects as the Erasmus+ project “FOODBIZ – University and business learning for new employability paths in food and gastronomy” aimed at enhancing employability of higher education students in food and gastronomy through their active involvement in community learning activities with local small food businesses in four European countries. She graduated in Intercultural Communication at the University of Bergamo, where she is currently taking a master degree in Planning and Management of Tourism Systems.
