Young Chefs commit to support regional food and cultural diversity

IGCAT is pleased to announce a legacy for its Young Chef Award programme!

Finalists from the Regions of Gastronomy, who took part in the first edition of the European Young Chef Award in November 2016, signed a protocol with IGCAT to build a network of Regional Young Chef Ambassadors advocating for an increased use of local, fresh and seasonal products in their cuisine.
