Peter Astrup is a Senior Consultant at Pluss Leadership, specialising in strategic analysis, leadership advisory, and organisational development. He has led numerous projects in food innovation and regional business development, including EU-funded initiatives and the establishment of food clusters and innovation networks. His past leadership roles include Director of the Test and Development Centre for Welfare Technology and the Centre for Industry, where he worked closely with SMEs, public authorities, and research institutions.
