Member of the Scientific Commission for the Gastronomic Charter of Oliveira do Hospital, Member of the Scientific Commission for Guardianus, Digital Museum of Intangible Heritage of Oliveira do Hospital.
Her activity, as a researcher is based on intangible cultural heritage, collecting and organising gastronomic material, focusing on the identification of mountain food assets, initially focused on the territories of Guarda and Coimbra districts.
She investigates, collects and organises literary material as popular poetry, focusing on regional historical-linguistic aspects. President and founder of OH-Culture – Centre of Culture and Tradition, an association created to support small producers and value local products.
