His area of expertise includes current trends in tourism, particularly destination management, cultural tourism, gastronomy and culinary tourism, marketing and communication. In the field of culinary tourism , has designed the strategy of Club Taste Spain , which prompted the development strategy of food tourism in Santiago de Compostela and Gastronomic Forum Kitchens Atlantic, besides being the coordinator of the Global Report on Culinary Tourism published by UNWTO.
