Daniel Joarza

Sibiu, Romania

Daniel is 28 years old and is a self-educated chef. After studying Management in Sibiu, he moved to Germany where he worked in several Italian restaurants and nurtured his passion for cooking which his mother and grandmother passed down to him. Back in Sibiu he had the chance to experience and learn Mediterranean, French and Mexican-American cuisine in different restaurants. Currently, he is chef at Sindicat Gourmet in Sibiu.
