Executive Manager – Hauts-de-France, European Region of Gastronomy awarded 2023

Born in 1990 in les Hauts-de-France, Baptiste Resse obtained his Bachelor’s degree in foreign languages from the University of Amiens (France) in 2011. He then moved to Chengdu (China) where he learnt Mandarin for a year, before studying in a Master program for three years. He received his master’s degree in Western Economics from Sichuan Normal University in 2015. After that, he managed international exchanges in education for a few years, first in China between 2015 and 2019, and then in France, for both private and public institutions. Recently arrived in the Campus des Métiers et des Qualifications d’Excellence Tourisme et Innovation in Le Touquet-Paris-Plage, he is both international relations manager and executive manager of Hauts-de-France, European Region of Gastronomy awarded 2023.
