On Friday 12 February, Pelle Øby Andersen from The Food Organisation of Denmark will represent Aarhus/Central Denmark Region in Milan at the BIT Fair (The largest tourism fair in Italy). The region has been invited alongside Riga-Gauja Region and East Lombardy as regions for hosting the European Region of Gastronomy 2017Award.
