Nadeem Mansour is a Jordanian–Canadian C-suite executive, governance and resilience advisor, and award-winning cookbook author whose work bridges corporate leadership and cultural storytelling through food.
With over 30 years of experience across the Fortune 500 and Big4 companies, Nadeem has led enterprise governance and resilience— most recently with a leading USD 45 billion global food and drug retailer, where he led compliance and corporate ethics and advanced supply chain transparency including human rights practices. He is now the Founder and CEO of Aegis Beacon Inc., a boutique advisory firm helping boards and executives strengthen oversight, governance, resilience, and trust.
Beyond his corporate career, Nadeem is the author of Thuraya: Recipes from Our Family’s Kitchen in Jordan — a culinary diary that celebrates Jordan’s and the Levant’s food heritage through the bond between mother and son. Published in Canada, Thuraya has received four “Best in the World” Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, including #1 Best Mediterranean Book in the World, #1 Best Video Presentation in the last 30 years, and the #2 spot for Best Cookbook in the World. The book has been showcased at the Royal Ontario Museum, featured in The Globe and Mail, and presented at Western University’s Hassan Lecture Series, among others.
Since 2025, recognised as an Expert for IGCAT (International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism), Nadeem also serves on the Board of the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI), where he is Chair of the Governance and People Committee. For the past five years, he has championed initiatives that promote equity, belonging, and inclusive leadership across Canada.
Through Thuraya Delights Inc., Nadeem continues to champion Levantine culture, sustainability, and heritage — values that deeply align with IGCAT’s mission.
