The short films Welcome to the Farm – Les Cabres d’en Peyu from Catalonia, European Region of Gastronomy awarded 2016, and Let’s Go to Aseer from Aseer, World Region of Gastronomy awarded 2024 were selected as Public’s Favourite European Film and Public’s Favourite World Film respectively in the framework of the International Food Film Menu

International support for IGCAT’s Food Film Menu increases

IGCAT’s Food Film Menu gained further international support upon signing a new collaboration agreement with the NNLE Youth Palace of Zugdidi Municipality in Georgia. On 3 August 2022, the Youth Palace launched a call with the aim to select local short food films to be submitted to IGCAT’s international competition.
