Dr. Žarko Stilin

Enogastronomy Expert, Marketing Specialist, Eno-Gastro Influencer

Dr. Žarko Stilin is a Croatian enogastronomy expert and marketing specialist with a PhD in Marketing. He is Managing Director of the Kvarner Wines Producer Organization and the founder of several leading eno-gastronomic projects, including the Kvarner International Wine Festival–WineRi, International Wine & Spirit Competition Kvarner Trophy, Kvarner Wines Route as part of Iter Vitis, Žlahtina–Kvarner Wines Queen, Quarner Quality and Kvarner Olive Oil.

His work focuses on wine tourism, gastronomy promotion, destination branding and sustainable regional development. He actively participates in international wine fairs, gastronomy initiatives and the European Region of Gastronomy project, promoting the Kvarner region through strategic communication, presentations and eno-gastronomic events.

Since 2026, he has been recognized as an Expert by the International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts, and Tourism (IGCAT).
