Dileep Narayanan is a purpose-driven brand strategist and sustainability advocate with over 28 years of expertise in Branding, Marketing, Sustainability and Communication.

Dileep Narayanan is the Founder & Managing Director of Organic BPS, a Brand Consultancy with 25 years of expertise in Purpose and Sustainability Communication. The firm helps organisations discover their higher purpose and build belief-driven brands that inspire, endure, and create lasting value. Recognised with over 80 national and international awards, Organic BPS is known for delivering enduring impact through strategic thinking and creative excellence. Headquartered in India, with offices in Kochi and Chennai, Organic BPS is expanding its global footprint through its own office in Dubai and an associate office in London. 

Beyond Organic BPS, he leads the Greenstorm Foundation, a creative conservancy dedicated to inspiring environmental awareness among youth. Under his leadership, the Greenstorm Global Photography Festival has engaged over 12 million young minds across 150+ countries, earning international recognition, including the IAA Olive Crown Award. The initiative continues to amplify global conversations on sustainability through collaborations with the United Nations.

Since 2025, recognised as an Expert for IGCAT (International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism), Dileep holds a postgraduate degree in management, has completed executive programs at Harvard Business School and IIM Ahmedabad/Bangalore, and is pursuing a PhD in management at IIM Shillong.

He serves on the Advisory Board of Asset Homes Pvt. Ltd. and has previously held advisory roles with the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). As the Vice President of the Kerala Management Association, he actively promotes the philosophy of “Growth for All. Growth for Good.”
