Paola Sarcina is graduated with honours in Modern Literature and Musicology at the University of Tor Vergata in Rome, and since 1994 she has worked as cultural project manager in Italy and abroad. She carries out publishing and teaching activities in project management and cultural communication and in transdisciplinary fields. She is qualified as an expert in European planning for the third sector and as a social change manager, intercultural dialogue and community building, and has served as an IGCAT Expert since 2025.
Paola is also the President of Music Theatre International – M.Th.I. ETS, a not-for-profit organization, Founder and Director of the Cerealia Festival, and a singer / performer, playwright and theatre director. She works as project manager for the PNRR and cultural planning in ALES SpA.
