Liverpool can provide 'blueprint' for UK arts and culture scene

As a successful outcome of being European Capital of Culture in 2008, Liverpool will now provide the blueprint for how the whole country should use arts and culture. This in order to boost young people’s chances and regeneration under a  Labour government, said Harriet Harman, the party’s deputy leader. She was in Liverpool to visit the Tate gallery and to look at the work it has been doing with communities.
