Dublin City Council launches City Arts Plan and kick starts European City of Culture 2020 bid

Dublin City Council’s City Arts Plan 2014-2018 has been launched. The plan, developed by Dublin City Council and designed by acclaimed Irish artist Robert Ballagh, illustrates how the arts play a major role in community development and neighborhood identity across Dublin.
