Depuis 2012, il \u00e9crit sur la gastronomie, dans toutes ses dimensions, pour une alimentation durable de la graine \u00e0 la poubelle. Journaliste ind\u00e9pendant, il collabore \u00e0 divers magazines et sites web. Il est l\u2019auteur d\u2019un pamphlet sur la critique gastronomique, \u00ab Tailler une plume \u00bb (\u00c9ditions de l\u2019\u00c9pure\/2019), de plusieurs livres de chefs, de pr\u00e9faces et de textes d\u2019ouvrages collectifs. Il est \u00e9galement professeur \u00e0 l\u2019ESTHUA d\u2019Angers o\u00f9 il donne un cours de critique gastronomique aux \u00e9tudiants de Master 2. En 2020, il initie le mouvement \u00ab Chefs avec les soignants \u00bb avec Guillaume Gomez et Tiptoque lors du premier huis clos en France, pour lequel il re\u00e7oit le prix solidaire La Liste en 2021. \u00c0 titre personnel, il a re\u00e7u le Plume d\u2019Or du journaliste fran\u00e7ais dans la cat\u00e9gorie gastronomie d\u00e9cern\u00e9 par l\u2019Association Les Grandes Tables du Monde en 2019, et le Prix Amunategui-Curnonsky de l\u2019Association professionnelle des chroniqueurs et informateurs de la gastronomie et du vin en 2018.
