Avec sa s\u0153ur Mariagrazia, il repr\u00e9sente la deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e0 la t\u00eate de Casalindolci, avec une p\u00e2tisserie et un laboratoire \u00e0 Modica Alta (Modica Haute), et une deuxi\u00e8me p\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 Modica Bassa (Modica Basse), centre historique du style baroque sicilien.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019artisanat de qualit\u00e9 et la s\u00e9lection des meilleurs ingr\u00e9dients du territoire ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 les valeurs qui sous-tendent le travail d\u2019Andrea. Il a suivi les traces de sa m\u00e8re Giorgia Crucetta qui, en 1995, a repris Casalindolci o\u00f9 elle \u00e9tait employ\u00e9e et a cr\u00e9\u00e9 l\u2019entreprise familiale.<\/p>\n<p>Aujourd\u2019hui, Casalindolci est une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans la province de Raguse, synonyme d\u2019excellence, de go\u00fbt et de raffinement.
