En 2003, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du congr\u00e8s Apimondia 2003, qui s\u2019est tenu en Slov\u00e9nie. D\u00e8s lors, il assiste \u00e0 tous les congr\u00e8s d\u2019Apimondia et y participe activement, \u00e0 l\u2019exception du congr\u00e8s en Australie en 2007. Il est impliqu\u00e9 dans de nombreux projets dans le domaine de l\u2019apiculture en Slov\u00e9nie.<\/p>\n<p>Depuis 2011, il est responsable professionnel du programme d\u2019\u00e9levage de l\u2019abeille mellif\u00e8re carniolienne. Il a supervis\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9levage de reines en Slov\u00e9nie. Il est \u00e0 la t\u00eate du groupe de travail pour l\u2019examen et l\u2019approbation des reines d\u2019abeilles reproductrices. En outre, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate du groupe de travail pour la pr\u00e9paration du programme national d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la production et de la commercialisation du miel pour les ann\u00e9es 2017-2019. De plus, il est le deuxi\u00e8me pr\u00e9sident du Conseil de l\u2019apiculture au minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Agriculture, des For\u00eats et de l\u2019Alimentation.<\/p>\n<p>Son travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 en Autriche, en Croatie, en Serbie, en France, en Allemagne, en Inde, en Irlande, en Argentine, en Ukraine, en Roumanie, en \u00c9cosse, en Arabie saoudite, en Cor\u00e9e du Sud et dans de nombreux autres pays. En plus de l\u2019organisation du congr\u00e8s Apimondia 2003 en Slov\u00e9nie, il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019organisation du Symposium Apimedica 2010, de la 11e<sup>Conf\u00e9rence Coloss<\/sup> 2015 et de la Conf\u00e9rence internationale des organisations apicoles en 2010 et 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Il est l\u2019auteur ou le co-auteur de 8 articles scientifiques originaux publi\u00e9s, 49 articles scientifiques et 37 articles de conf\u00e9rences et symposiums. En outre, il est co-auteur des livres L\u2019apiculture pour tous, les bourdons en Slov\u00e9nie et Pas d\u2019abeilles, pas de vie.<\/p>\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 le coordinateur de l\u2019initiative visant \u00e0 d\u00e9clarer le 20 mai Journ\u00e9e mondiale des abeilles. L\u2019initiative a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale d\u2019Apimondia en Cor\u00e9e du Sud, en 2015, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9. L\u2019ONU a adopt\u00e9 la proposition le 20<sup>d\u00e9cembre<\/sup> 2017.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apiculteur expert<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En tant qu\u2019expert reconnu, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 en tant que consultant dans de nombreux pays, o\u00f9 il a appris diff\u00e9rentes fa\u00e7ons d\u2019apicoler et d\u2019autres types d\u2019abeilles. Il a appris \u00e0 conna\u00eetre de nombreuses technologies apicoles qui d\u00e9pendent des mat\u00e9riaux disponibles dans l\u2019environnement, du climat et de la disponibilit\u00e9 des p\u00e2turages. Pour cette raison, il se distingue par ses vastes connaissances apicoles, qui, \u00e0 de nombreuses reprises, s\u2019\u00e9largissent \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p>En 2015, Peter Kozmus, en tant qu\u2019apiculteur, s\u2019est rendu au Bangladesh o\u00f9 il s\u2019est familiaris\u00e9 avec la technologie de l\u2019apiculture. Il a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019organisation Brac et aux apiculteurs l\u2019apiculture en Slov\u00e9nie et la technologie de l\u2019apiculture et de l\u2019\u00e9levage des reines. Au cours de sa visite chez les apiculteurs, il a sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 quelques am\u00e9liorations \u00e0 leur technologie et a ensuite particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration d\u2019un projet international d\u2019apiculture pour la coop\u00e9ration entre la Slov\u00e9nie et le Bangladesh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Chercheur<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le parcours de recherche est le Dr Peter Kozmus a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Institut national de biologie. Il a poursuivi sa carri\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019Institut agricole de Slov\u00e9nie, et ce r\u00f4le est \u00e9galement exerc\u00e9 en partie au cours de la derni\u00e8re p\u00e9riode de son emploi \u00e0 l\u2019Association d\u2019apiculture de Slov\u00e9nie. Au d\u00e9but, la recherche \u00e9tait la plus importante pour d\u00e9terminer la diversit\u00e9 des bourdons en Slov\u00e9nie et pour d\u00e9terminer les diff\u00e9rences au sein de la population d\u2019abeilles domestiques en Slov\u00e9nie. Pendant 3 ans, il a identifi\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rents effets de l\u2019environnement agricole sur les colonies d\u2019abeilles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Coop\u00e9ration avec l\u2019Organisation Internationale d\u2019Apiculture APIMONDIA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dr. Peter Kozmus est actif au sein de l\u2019Organisation internationale d\u2019apiculture APIMONDIA depuis 2002, lorsqu\u2019il \u00e9tait secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du congr\u00e8s APIMONDIA \u00e0 Ljubljana. D\u00e8s lors, il assiste \u00e0 tous les congr\u00e8s d\u2019APIMONIA, \u00e0 l\u2019exception du congr\u00e8s APIMONDIA 2007 en Australie.<\/p>\n<p>En 2017, il a particip\u00e9 au 45e Congr\u00e8s d\u2019APIMONDIA \u00e0 Istanbul, en Turquie, o\u00f9 il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu vice-pr\u00e9sident de cette organisation. Depuis le 20<sup>octobre<\/sup> 2018, il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sident par int\u00e9rim d\u2019APIMONDIA depuis septembre 2019. En ao\u00fbt 2022, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9\u00e9lu vice-pr\u00e9sident d\u2019Apimondia. Ici, sa t\u00e2che principale est le transfert de connaissances entre les scientifiques et les apiculteurs.
