Il a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 des s\u00e9minaires HACCP ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 de nombreux s\u00e9minaires sur les technologies alimentaires et la d\u00e9gustation de nouveaux produits. Dans le m\u00eame temps, il a voyag\u00e9 en Europe constamment \u00e0 la recherche de nouvelles tendances, id\u00e9es, mentalit\u00e9s et techniques.<\/p>\n<p>En 1999, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de 22 ans, et pendant trois ans, il a travaill\u00e9 comme chef \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel Kos Palace, en 2002 et 2003 en tant que chef ex\u00e9cutif \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4tel Platanista, et de 2004 \u00e0 aujourd\u2019hui, il travaille comme chef ex\u00e9cutif \u00e0 l\u2019Horizon Beach Resort \u00e0 Kos, l\u2019un des grands h\u00f4tels prim\u00e9s au niveau international en Gr\u00e8ce avec 5 restaurants,  y compris Mosaico avec une haute gastronomie moderne.<\/p>\n<p>En m\u00eame temps, il enseigne dans les d\u00e9partements d\u2019art culinaire de l\u2019ANKO Kos.<\/p>\n<p>Dimitrios Koullias a \u00e9t\u00e9 membre du jury des World Food Gift Challenge Awards 2023 de l\u2019IGCAT.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dimitrios Koullias Chef ex\u00e9cutif &#8211;
