Depuis 2012, il est Directeur du Master en Communication \u0152no-\u0152ngique, Directeur du Master en Design et Innovation Alimentaire et, depuis 2016, Directeur du Master en Communication et Marketing Sportif. Il est l\u2019auteur de plusieurs articles et livres sur le neuromarketing, la communication sociale et le changement de direction dans les organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif. Il a publi\u00e9 de nombreux articles dans des revues internationales reconnues, notamment Nutrients, Foods, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Journal of Advertising Research, Food Quality and Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence ; Journal of Global Information Management, European Journal of Information Systems, dans la revue italienne de psychologie organisationnelle Risorsa Uomo. En outre, il est l\u2019auteur des livres \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Neuroscienze a Tavola&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em> et \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Neuroselling&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>.
