Ce parcours professionnel a \u00e9t\u00e9 approfondi gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une compr\u00e9hension approfondie du tourisme gastronomique et \u00e0 une appr\u00e9ciation des voyages culturels et culinaires. L\u2019objectif du chef Randie, qu\u2019il poursuit dans sa vie quotidienne, est d\u2019explorer continuellement de nouvelles avenues culinaires stimulantes tout en en d\u00e9veloppant d\u2019autres qui porteront ses pratiques et ses concepts \u00e0 des niveaux sup\u00e9rieurs.<\/p>\n<p>Son r\u00eave est d\u2019\u00eatre un mentor non seulement pour certains, mais pour tous les futurs professionnels de la cuisine. Une grande partie de la carri\u00e8re du chef Randy a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les cuisines des cha\u00eenes d\u2019h\u00f4tels Four Points Sheraton (Floride), Sunset at the Palms, Grand Lido Negril, Couples et Hedonism, pour n\u2019en nommer que quelques-uns. Le chef Randie a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019un des membres fondateurs de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration culinaire de la Jama\u00efque (CFJ), fond\u00e9e en 2007. Ce voyage a permis au chef Randie de comprendre les profondeurs de la cuisine et son importance dans le mouvement touristique au-del\u00e0 des cultures et des fronti\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Il a eu l\u2019occasion de devenir membre de la Fondation James Beard, o\u00f9 il a re\u00e7u une bourse. Le Cordon Bleu, \u00e0 Ad\u00e9la\u00efde, en Australie, a \u00e9galement soutenu son tourisme gastronomique par le biais de parrainages \u00e9ducatifs. Le chef Anderson CEC, CCA, est \u00e9galement un \u00e9valuateur certifi\u00e9 par l\u2019American Culinary Federation (ACF) et un WCEC par l\u2019Association mondiale des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de chefs.
