Le point tournant de sa carri\u00e8re \u00e0 ce jour a \u00e9t\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019il a d\u00e9m\u00e9nag\u00e9 \u00e0 Cape Cod et a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler sous la direction du chef James Hackney au 28 Atlantic au Wequassett Resort.
