Dans cette r\u00e9gion rurale, le m\u00e9tier de berger en tant qu\u2019art acquis depuis l\u2019Antiquit\u00e9 est d\u2019une importance pr\u00e9cieuse et les techniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transmises au cours des si\u00e8cles de p\u00e8re en fils. Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, Alin a eu l\u2019occasion de travailler dans plusieurs restaurants avec diff\u00e9rentes approches de la nourriture, ce qui l\u2019a aid\u00e9 \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances dans divers domaines de la gastronomie.<\/p>\n<p>Il nous a confi\u00e9 qu\u2019il ressentait un lien profond avec sa r\u00e9gion natale.
