Au cours de ses \u00e9tudes, il a effectu\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents stages en cuisine et en p\u00e2tisserie qui lui ont permis d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir plus de confiance, d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage et de connaissances.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 son jeune \u00e2ge, Bernardo a d\u00e9j\u00e0 particip\u00e9 \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents concours culinaires. En 2018, il a obtenu la deuxi\u00e8me place du concours national portugais Jeune talent de l\u2019ann\u00e9e et a remport\u00e9 le premier prix national dans la cat\u00e9gorie \u00e9tudiant du concours <em>Revolta do Bacalhau<\/em>.
