Toujours d\u00e9sireux d\u2019apprendre \u00e0 travailler avec diff\u00e9rents produits et diff\u00e9rentes techniques tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, il aime rendre visite aux agriculteurs, discuter des produits et cueillir des herbes sauvages.<\/p>\n<p>Participant au Kokkenes Kokketalent 2019, Hans s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00eatre le meilleur jeune chef de la r\u00e9gion du Danemark central du concours, ce qui lui a valu sa place de finaliste du European Young Chef Award 2019.
