Actuellement, il fait partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de conseil de CAST Alimenti, o\u00f9 il d\u00e9veloppe de nouvelles id\u00e9es sur la cuisine de rue, le barbecue et l\u2019alimentation saine et consciente. Sa passion est d\u2019organiser et d\u2019optimiser les lignes de production alimentaire en explorant des techniques de cuisson innovantes telles que la cuisson sous vide et la cuisson sous vide. Son r\u00eave est de devenir un consultant important pour les grandes cha\u00eenes de production alimentaire.
