AGASI s\u2019efforce de d\u00e9fendre les int\u00e9r\u00eats alimentaires de l\u2019archipel indon\u00e9sien et les arts gastronomiques mondiaux, tout en travaillant avec les parties prenantes et les autorit\u00e9s concern\u00e9es. AGASI s\u2019appuie \u00e9galement sur un r\u00e9seau mondial d\u2019experts gastronomiques et travaille en partenariat avec les minist\u00e8res d\u2019\u00c9tat et les agences gouvernementales concern\u00e9s. En mettant l\u2019accent sur la connaissance, les arts, les cultures et l\u2019histoire des plats traditionnels, ainsi que sur leurs innovations, AGASI encourage et soutient les initiatives visant \u00e0 promouvoir le patrimoine culinaire traditionnel indon\u00e9sien en tant que partie importante de l\u2019industrie du tourisme et \u00e0 renforcer l\u2019image de la culture indon\u00e9sienne.<\/p>\n<p>Indrakarona Ketaren est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en relations internationales de la Facult\u00e9 des sciences sociales et politiques de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Padjadjaran de Bandung. Apr\u00e8s une br\u00e8ve exp\u00e9rience en tant que journaliste au magazine Tempo, il devient en 1982 diplomate pour le minist\u00e8re indon\u00e9sien des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res avec un stage \u00e0 Kuala Lumpur, en Malaisie, jusqu\u2019en 1989. De 1990 \u00e0 2014, il a travaill\u00e9 pour diff\u00e9rentes entreprises priv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019est ensuite engag\u00e9 dans la gastronomie et a fond\u00e9 l\u2019Acad\u00e9mie de gastronomie indon\u00e9sienne (AGI) et l\u2019ancienne Association indon\u00e9sienne de la gastronomie (IGA), aujourd\u2019hui appel\u00e9e Adi Gastronom Indonesia (AGASI). Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019IGA de 2016 \u00e0 2019 et, depuis 2020, il est pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019AGASI.
