Il a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re dans une entreprise de restauration locale. Motiv\u00e9 par un fort d\u00e9sir d\u2019apprendre une cuisine plus raffin\u00e9e, il a acquis de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans plusieurs restaurants aux Pays-Bas et a eu la chance de d\u00e9velopper son propre style de cuisine. De retour dans sa ville natale de Someren, Jan a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler dans le restaurant de son fr\u00e8re, Ons Jongens, o\u00f9 il est actuellement chef. Il aime r\u00e9aliser ses propres cr\u00e9ations avec une touche asiatique, inspir\u00e9es par la nature braban\u00e7onne.
