Il est titulaire d\u2019un doctorat en \u00e9conomie de l\u2019alimentation et des ressources environnementales de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Naples \u00ab Parth\u00e9nope \u00bb (Italie) et d\u2019un Master of Science (MSc) en \u00e9conomie et marketing alimentaires de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Reading (Royaume-Uni). De 2006 \u00e0 2021, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 chercheur, professeur associ\u00e9 et professeur titulaire au D\u00e9partement d\u2019\u00e9ducation, de patrimoine culturel et de tourisme de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Macerata. Au cours de son travail l\u00e0-bas, il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 2 programmes de double dipl\u00f4me en tourisme avec l\u2019Espagne et l\u2019Ukraine. Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 professeur invit\u00e9 dans plusieurs universit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger (San Francisco State, Arctic University of Troms\u00f8, G\u00f6teborg, Oviedo).<\/p>\n<p>Son exp\u00e9rience professionnelle comprend la coordination de plusieurs projets financ\u00e9s par Erasmus+ (<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thewinelab.eu\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">The Wine Lab<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/foodbiz.info\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">FoodBiz<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/on-it.info\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ON-IT)<\/a><\/strong> et le travail en tant que chercheur dans de nombreux projets de recherche nationaux et internationaux. En dehors de son travail universitaire, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 expert externe, \u00e9valuateur, consultant et formateur, et conf\u00e9rencier invit\u00e9 dans les domaines de l\u2019alimentation, du d\u00e9veloppement rural et r\u00e9gional, de l\u2019innovation, du tourisme durable, de la strat\u00e9gie de sp\u00e9cialisation intelligente et de la collaboration universit\u00e9-entreprise pour les secteurs public et priv\u00e9 : plusieurs DG de la Commission europ\u00e9enne (RDT, CCR, EAC, Regio), l\u2019Organisation mondiale du tourisme des Nations Unies,  le minist\u00e8re italien de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 et de la Recherche et le minist\u00e8re italien du Patrimoine culturel, plusieurs gouvernements r\u00e9gionaux ainsi que plusieurs entreprises agroalimentaires en Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Ses travaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s dans plusieurs livres et revues internationales.
