Elle est directrice acad\u00e9mique et professeure \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Gestion H\u00f4teli\u00e8re et d\u2019Arts Culinaires de Sant Pol de Mar (EUHT StPOL), Barcelone (Espagne). Auparavant, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 coordinatrice du Master in Hospitality Management de l\u2019EUHT StPOL (2014-2018).<\/p>\n<p>Eva Canaleta est titulaire d\u2019un doctorat en histoire contemporaine de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 des \u00celes Bal\u00e9ares ; Dipl\u00f4me d\u2019Etudes Approfondies (DEA) en Anthropologie M\u00e9dicale de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Rovira i Virgili, Tarragone&nbsp;; Master en Sant\u00e9 et S\u00e9curit\u00e9 au Travail : Pr\u00e9vention des Risques Professionnels par l\u2019Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya ; Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 en Anthropologie Sociale et Culturelle de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Barcelone&nbsp;; Licence en Histoire de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 des \u00celes Bal\u00e9ares&nbsp;; et une Technique d\u2019Affaires et de Tourisme \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole Universitaire d\u2019H\u00f4tellerie et de Tourisme de Sant Pol de Mar (EIHT StPOL).<\/p>\n<p>Elle a une exp\u00e9rience en tant que consultante ind\u00e9pendante, chercheuse \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 des \u00eeles Bal\u00e9ares et une exp\u00e9rience professionnelle dans les secteurs de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et de la restauration.
