Il est professeur agr\u00e9g\u00e9 de sciences sociales et humaines en tourisme et charg\u00e9 de cours dans le domaine du patrimoine culturel et du tourisme culturel et gastronomique. En tant que chercheur, il concentre ses travaux dans les domaines du patrimoine culturel, de l\u2019art et du tourisme, du patrimoine, du tourisme culturel et cr\u00e9atif, de la mus\u00e9ologie, de la culture \u0153nologique et culinaire, de l\u2019agriculture, du d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gional, du tourisme \u0153nologique et gastronomique. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 (co)organisateur de plusieurs conf\u00e9rences nationales et internationales, (co)\u00e9diteur de plusieurs monographies et revues scientifiques et professionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Ses recherches portent sur un large \u00e9ventail de projets dans le domaine de la recherche et de la communication du patrimoine et de la culture et de leur int\u00e9gration dans diverses formes de d\u00e9veloppement social, culturel, \u00e9conomique et social. Au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, il s\u2019est concentr\u00e9 sur la recherche strat\u00e9gique et les partenariats de d\u00e9veloppement entre le patrimoine \/ la culture, le tourisme et l\u2019agriculture (tourisme culturel, gastronomie \/ \u0153notourisme).<\/p>\n<p>Sa bibliographie comprend plus de 780 unit\u00e9s bibliographiques, avec de nombreuses publications dans des articles scientifiques et professionnels dans des revues nationales et \u00e9trang\u00e8res dans le domaine du patrimoine culturel, du tourisme et du d\u00e9veloppement, de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie ;
