In an attempt too eradicate this exploitation, local milk farmers in Greece founded a cooperative called \u201c\u0398\u03b5\u03c2 \u0393\u03ac\u03bb\u03b1, \u03a0\u03b9\u03b5\u03c2!\u201d which means \u201cThes Gala, Pies!\u201d \u2013 \u201cDo you want milk, Drink!\u201d in order to distribute their milk without intermediates. \u00a0How are they doing this without the power of a corporation behind them? The milk is being sold via vending machines.The cooperation was founded in 2010 and it soon became the first standardised cow milk production cooperative.
