Fergus O\u2019Halloran<\/strong>\u2019s\u00a0The Twelve<\/a>\u00a0boutique hotel works under the motto \u201cTrue to The Region, True to The Season.\u201d Counting with excellent local producers and suppliers, including Beechlawn Organic Farm and Gannet Fishmongers, its Chef Martin O\u2019Donnell<\/strong> offers seasonal menus based on high-quality local produce.<\/p>\n
