IGCAT has designed the new course as an introduction to young students in the complexities of events management and the importance of cultural and food diversity.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Diane Dodd, Executive Director of IGCAT noted that \u00ab\u00a0hotel managers and restaurant owners are often important protagonists in the delivery of food and cultural events, from private occasions (such as weddings, graduations etc.) to public events (such as food festivals and cultural routes).
