Continu\u00f3 su formaci\u00f3n en \u00abFranc\u00e9s ocupacional\u00bb en CLA Besan\u00e7on y m\u00e1s tarde dio conferencias sobre \u00abTerminolog\u00eda de la gastronom\u00eda\u00bb y \u00abCocina francesa\u00bb en una universidad de Esmirna. <\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s del Programa ERASMUS de Movilidad Docente, se form\u00f3 en el Institut Paul Bocuse. En reconocimiento a su trabajo, Paul Bocuse y Les Toques Blanches Lyonnaise le otorgaron un \u00abDiploma Honor\u00edfico\u00bb. Durante sus 15 a\u00f1os de carrera acad\u00e9mica, contribuy\u00f3 a numerosos libros, preparando cap\u00edtulos y contenidos para revistas. Tambi\u00e9n jug\u00f3 un papel clave en el desarrollo del Festival Internacional de la Alcachofa de Urla, desempe\u00f1\u00e1ndose como su directora durante los primeros tres a\u00f1os. Representando a Turqu\u00eda, particip\u00f3 en varios festivales gastron\u00f3micos y ferias comerciales.   <\/p>\n<p>En 2018, G\u00fcven pas\u00f3 de la academia al emprendimiento, estableci\u00e9ndose como consultora de emprendedores alimentarios y desarrolladora de proyectos innovadores de turismo gastron\u00f3mico y gastron\u00f3mico nacional e internacional. Ese mismo a\u00f1o, fund\u00f3 su propia empresa de consultor\u00eda, The Kitchen Project, centrada en la innovaci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica, el emprendimiento alimentario y el desarrollo de conceptos culinarios. <\/p>\n<p>Su libro, \u00abDe madre a hija\u00bb, explora la herencia gastron\u00f3mica levantina de Esmirna. Gan\u00f3 el primer premio en la categor\u00eda \u00abLibros de familia\u00bb en los Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2023 y el segundo premio en la categor\u00eda \u00abLibros de mujeres\u00bb, compitiendo contra decenas de miles de libros de cocina de 71 pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n<p>Actualmente afincada en Barcelona, contin\u00faa su carrera en consultor\u00eda de restaurantes y hoteles, gesti\u00f3n de eventos internacionales, y tambi\u00e9n es miembro del Centro Mediterr\u00e1neo de Estudios Culinarios y Alimentarios de Torribera.
