A los 17 a\u00f1os comenz\u00f3 su carrera profesional en las cocinas de los grandes hoteles y a los 22 a\u00f1os empez\u00f3 a dirigir las cocinas de los mejores hoteles de Kos.<\/p>\n<p>Dimitris Koullias ha estudiado en la Escuela de Profesiones Tur\u00edsticas de Rodas, en los departamentos de Cocina y Arte Pastelero. Ha asistido a seminarios HACCP, as\u00ed como a m\u00faltiples seminarios sobre tecnolog\u00edas alimentarias y degustaci\u00f3n de nuevos productos. Al mismo tiempo, ha viajado a Europa constantemente buscando nuevas tendencias, ideas, mentalidades y t\u00e9cnicas.<\/p>\n<p>En 1999, a la edad de 22 a\u00f1os, y durante tres a\u00f1os trabaj\u00f3 como Chef en el Hotel Kos Palace, en 2002 y 2003 como chef ejecutivo en el multipremiado para la \u00e9poca Hotel Platanista, y desde 2004 hasta hoy trabaja como chef ejecutivo en Horizon Beach Resort en Kos, uno de los grandes hoteles de Grecia premiados internacionalmente con 5 restaurantes,  incluyendo Mosaico con alta gastronom\u00eda moderna.<\/p>\n<p>Al mismo tiempo imparte clases en los departamentos de Arte Culinario de ANKO Kos.<\/p>\n<p>Dimitrios Koullias fue miembro del jurado de los World Food Gift Challenge Awards 2023 de IGCAT.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dimitrios Koullias Chef Ejecutivo &#8211; Horizon Beach Resort, Kos Dimitrios Koullias trabaja desde los 14 a\u00f1os en tabernas, pescader\u00edas y restaurantes.
