Junto con su hermana Mariagrazia, representa a la segunda generaci\u00f3n que dirige Casalindolci, con una pasteler\u00eda y un laboratorio en Modica Alta (Alta M\u00f3dica), y una segunda pasteler\u00eda en Modica Bassa (Baja M\u00f3dica), centro hist\u00f3rico del estilo barroco siciliano.<\/p>\n<p>La artesan\u00eda de calidad y la selecci\u00f3n de los mejores ingredientes del territorio siempre han sido los valores que sustentan el trabajo de Andrea. Sigui\u00f3 los pasos de su madre Giorgia Crucetta, quien, en 1995, se hizo cargo de Casalindolci, donde trabajaba y cre\u00f3 el negocio familiar.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda, Casalindolci es una referencia en la provincia de Ragusa, sin\u00f3nimo de excelencia, sabor y refinamiento.
