Es un experto de IGCAT (International Institute of Gastronomy, Culture, Arts and Tourism) desde 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Empez\u00f3 a desarrollar sus conocimientos en el campo de la sostenibilidad form\u00e1ndose como arquitecto con especialidad de Postgrado en Arquitectura Sostenible y Master en Sostenibilidad y Facility Management en el Sector Tur\u00edstico. Tras casi 15 a\u00f1os ejerciendo c\u00f3mo arquitecto, en los \u00faltimos 10 a\u00f1os se ha centrado en la consultor\u00eda empresarial en el sector tur\u00edstico con su empresa Green Room Consulting, asesorando a hoteles para transformar sus modelos de negocio a trav\u00e9s de la sostenibilidad.<\/p>\n<p>En 2018 cre\u00f3 Deltaic, un proyecto de ecoturismo ubicado en el Parque Natural del Delta del Ebro, en la Reserva de la Biosfera de Terres de l&#8217;Ebre (Catalu\u00f1a), y adherido a la Carta Europea de Turismo Sostenible (CETS).
