Esta trayectoria profesional se ha avanzado con un profundo conocimiento del turismo gastron\u00f3mico y una apreciaci\u00f3n de los viajes culturales y culinarios. El objetivo del chef Randie, que lleva a cabo a lo largo de su vida diaria, es explorar continuamente nuevas y desafiantes v\u00edas culinarias mientras desarrolla otras que llevar\u00e1n sus pr\u00e1cticas y conceptos a niveles superiores.<\/p>\n<p>Su sue\u00f1o es ser mentor no solo de algunos, sino de todos los futuros profesionales culinarios. Una extensa parte de la carrera del Chef Randie consisti\u00f3 en administrar las cocinas de los hoteles Four Points Sheraton (Florida), Sunset at the Palms, Grand Lido Negril, Couples y Hedonism, entre otros. El chef Randie tambi\u00e9n fue uno de los miembros originales de la Federaci\u00f3n Culinaria de Jamaica (CFJ), fundada en 2007. Este viaje le permiti\u00f3 al chef Randie comprender las profundidades de la cocina y su importancia en el movimiento tur\u00edstico a trav\u00e9s de culturas y fronteras.<\/p>\n<p>Se le concedi\u00f3 la oportunidad de convertirse en miembro de la Fundaci\u00f3n James Beard, donde fue becado. Le Cordon Bleu, Adelaida, Australia, tambi\u00e9n apoy\u00f3 su Turismo Gastron\u00f3mico a trav\u00e9s de patrocinios educativos. El chef Anderson CEC, CCA, tambi\u00e9n es evaluador certificado por la Federaci\u00f3n Culinaria Americana (ACF) y WCEC por la Asociaci\u00f3n Mundial de Sociedades de Chefs.
