{"id":20469,"date":"2020-05-14T08:31:52","date_gmt":"2020-05-14T06:31:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/igcat.org\/?post_type=team&#038;p=20469"},"modified":"2024-04-15T11:21:06","modified_gmt":"2024-04-15T09:21:06","slug":"joana-santos-portugal","status":"publish","type":"team","link":"https:\/\/igcat.org\/es\/team\/joana-santos-portugal\/","title":{"rendered":"Joana Santos &#8211; Portugal"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Joana Santos<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Profesor Asociado &#8211; Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico de Viana do Castelo (IPVC)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Joana Santos es Profesora Asociada de Ciencias Biol\u00f3gicas en el Instituto Polit\u00e9cnico de Viana do Castelo (IPVC), Portugal, y Coordinadora de Gesti\u00f3n de Calidad de la Unidad de Microbiolog\u00eda Aplicada (UMA) de la Escuela de Tecnolog\u00eda y Gesti\u00f3n (ESTG-IPVC). Lleva m\u00e1s de veinte a\u00f1os impartiendo clases a estudiantes de pregrado y posgrado en el campo de la microbiolog\u00eda de los alimentos y la autenticidad de los alimentos.<\/p>\n<p>La autenticidad de los productos alimenticios ha sido una de las principales \u00e1reas de inter\u00e9s de Joana desde que comenz\u00f3 a prepararse para su doctorado. Su tesis doctoral, presentada en la Universidad de Nottingham en el Reino Unido en 2006, se titula \u00abM\u00e9todos moleculares para la autenticaci\u00f3n de quesos con Denominaci\u00f3n de Origen Protegida (DOP)\u00bb. Ha llevado a cabo diversas actividades de investigaci\u00f3n y consultor\u00eda, como la planificaci\u00f3n, coordinaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de actividades de investigaci\u00f3n y consultor\u00eda para autoridades locales, consorcios y empresas.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s recientemente, ha participado en el Proyecto de Cualificaci\u00f3n y Valorizaci\u00f3n de la Gastronom\u00eda del Mi\u00f1o, que tiene como objetivo poner en valor el potencial de desarrollo de una base de actividades asociadas al sector agroalimentario y a la gastronom\u00eda, a trav\u00e9s de la cualificaci\u00f3n, la innovaci\u00f3n y la formaci\u00f3n en \u00e1reas clave de los principales recursos territoriales.
