Es Profesor Asociado de Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades en Turismo y profesor en el \u00e1mbito del patrimonio cultural, y del turismo cultural y gastron\u00f3mico. Como investigador, centra su trabajo en los \u00e1mbitos del patrimonio cultural, el arte y el turismo, el patrimonio, el turismo cultural y creativo, la museolog\u00eda, la cultura vitivin\u00edcola y culinaria, la agricultura, el desarrollo regional, el enoturismo y el turismo gastron\u00f3mico. Ha sido (co)organizador de varios congresos nacionales e internacionales, (co)editor de varias monograf\u00edas y revistas cient\u00edficas y profesionales.<\/p>\n<p>Su investigaci\u00f3n se dirige a una amplia gama de proyectos en el campo de la investigaci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n del patrimonio y la cultura y su incorporaci\u00f3n a diversas formas de desarrollo social, cultural, econ\u00f3mico y social. En la \u00faltima d\u00e9cada se centr\u00f3 en la investigaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y las asociaciones de desarrollo entre el patrimonio \/ cultura, el turismo y la agricultura (turismo cultural, gastronom\u00eda \/ enoturismo).<\/p>\n<p>Su bibliograf\u00eda comprende m\u00e1s de 780 unidades bibliogr\u00e1ficas, con numerosas publicaciones en art\u00edculos cient\u00edficos y profesionales en revistas nacionales y extranjeras en el campo del patrimonio cultural, turismo y desarrollo, hoteles;
