She works as a liaison between IGCAT and local partners from the World\/European Region of Gastronomy Platform and organises IGCAT&#8217;s international events. She has been representing IGCAT in different Erasmus+ projects (FOODBIZ \u2013 University and business learning for new employability paths in food and gastronomy; ON-IT \u2013 Online Internship in Tourism; and NEMOS &#8211; A new educational model for acquisition of sustainability competences through service-learning). She also manages IGCAT\u2019s websites, news blog, newsletter and mailing lists.
