Su trayectoria profesional combina la investigaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, la cooperaci\u00f3n internacional y la asesor\u00eda en pol\u00edticas culturales y gastron\u00f3micas.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"492\" data-end=\"731\">Actualmente, colabora como consultor de la UNESCO en cultura, turismo y desarrollo sostenible, prestando apoyo t\u00e9cnico a las oficinas de <strong>UNESCO M\u00e9xico<\/strong> y <strong>UNESCO Montevideo<\/strong>, que abarcan Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay y Uruguay.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"733\" data-end=\"1230\">En el \u00e1mbito institucional, ha sido designado miembro de la Comisi\u00f3n Experta de Cultura de la <strong>Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Iberoamericanos<\/strong> (OEI) para el per\u00edodo 2024-2027, forma parte del Board de la <strong>European Network of Cultural Tourism<\/strong> (ECTN), y es miembro del Comit\u00e9 Asesor del <strong>Comit\u00e9 Internacional de Monumentos y Sitios<\/strong> (ICOMOS Internacional) en el mismo per\u00edodo. Adem\u00e1s, coordina la Comisi\u00f3n de <strong>Sistemas Importantes del Patrimonio Agr\u00edcola Mundial<\/strong> (SIPAM) de ICOMOS Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1232\" data-end=\"1627\">En el campo acad\u00e9mico y de la innovaci\u00f3n social, es miembro fundador y del consejo directivo de la C\u00e1tedra UNESCO Alimentaci\u00f3n, Cultura y Desarrollo, coordinada por la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, y participa como experto del Programa de Itinerarios Culturales del Consejo de Europa, adem\u00e1s de integrar la Red de Universidades del Instituto Europeo de Itinerarios Culturales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1629\" data-end=\"2101\">Su compromiso con la preservaci\u00f3n y promoci\u00f3n del patrimonio alimentario lo ha llevado a formar parte de la Fundaci\u00f3n Institut Catal\u00e0 de la Cuina i la Cultura Gastron\u00f2mica, promotora de la marca Cuina Catalana, la primera marca de garant\u00eda para una cocina regional en Europa. Asimismo, colabora en la organizaci\u00f3n ejecutiva de la <strong>Science &amp; Cooking World Congress Foundation<\/strong> y forma parte del Patronato de Honor de la Fundaci\u00f3n Restaurantes Sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2103\" data-end=\"2708\">En el \u00e1mbito de las pol\u00edticas locales, ha trabajado como asesor de la Direcci\u00f3n de Comercio, Restauraci\u00f3n y Alimentaci\u00f3n del Ajuntament de Barcelona, contribuyendo al grupo de trabajo europeo sobre comercio emblem\u00e1tico, en colaboraci\u00f3n con las ciudades de Lisboa, Par\u00eds y Roma (2023\u20132024). Tambi\u00e9n asesora el proyecto Castelldefels Capital Gastron\u00f3mica, impulsado por el Ajuntament de Castelldefels y el Gremio de Hosteler\u00eda local, en el marco de su candidatura como Ciudad Creativa de la UNESCO en Gastronom\u00eda 2027 y como miembro de la red <strong>Food Capitals by D\u00e9lice Network<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2710\" data-end=\"3009\">A nivel internacional, participa como asesor t\u00e9cnico en la articulaci\u00f3n de la Ruta del Cacao y el Chocolate, promovida por la Organizaci\u00f3n de Estados Iberoamericanos (OEI) con el apoyo de la Uni\u00f3n Europea y la Agencia Espa\u00f1ola de Cooperaci\u00f3n Internacional para el Desarrollo (AECID).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3011\" data-end=\"3433\">En el \u00e1mbito de la investigaci\u00f3n, dirige el proyecto \u201cLa cocina de Barcelona. Memoria social e hist\u00f3rica de la ciudad a trav\u00e9s de la gastronom\u00eda\u201d, centrado en el estudio de recetarios familiares y establecimientos emblem\u00e1ticos desde el siglo XIX hasta mediados del siglo XX, con un enfoque espec\u00edfico en los barrios de la Merc\u00e8 (Ciutat Vella), la Barceloneta y Castelldefels, as\u00ed como en las Costas del Garraf.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3435\" data-end=\"3998\">Su trayectoria ha sido reconocida con importantes distinciones.
