She runs an active catering service \u2014 Mukasechic. With a background in TV production, Joyce runs a food-events company that focuses on food events across the continent. She is also the co-presenter for the Ghanaian show <em>Cooking in Heels<\/em>. Mentioned by CNN\u00a0 and buzzfeed for her food stories, Joyce is passionate about documenting Ghanaian cuisine. She runs the Food Events Company which runs Ghana&#8217;s first and best food market \u00abThe Jollof Market\u00bb and The Food Business Seminar. She hopes to be a chef and a food book author in the future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Joyce also works as a food consultant for most of Ghana&#8217;s food production companies on recipe development and production.
