Food entrepreneur and food blogger – Mukasechic<\/strong><\/p>\n A Mandela Washington Fellow, Joyce Gyebi is a food entrepreneur who is passionate about African cuisine documentation and preservation. She runs an active catering service \u2014 Mukasechic. With a background in TV production, Joyce runs a food-events company that focuses on food events across the continent. She is also the co-presenter for the Ghanaian show Cooking in Heels<\/em>. Mentioned by CNN\u00a0 and buzzfeed for her food stories, Joyce is passionate about documenting Ghanaian cuisine. She runs the Food Events Company which runs Ghana’s first and best food market \u00abThe Jollof Market\u00bb and The Food Business Seminar.
