His inspiration to become a chef came a bit later. Both of his parents are classically trained chefs from Johnson &amp; Wales College in Rhode Island and own a restaurant in Galway, so he grew up in a restaurant environment. The pivotal point of his career to date was when he moved to Cape Cod and started working under Chef James Hackney in\u00a028 Atlantic\u00a0at Wequassett Resort.
