4. Who Has Access to Our Data?<\/h3>\n
Your personal data at IGCAT is not shared or sold with any third party outside of our direct activities. IGCAT only shares information with legitimate project partners in the spirit of international networking and project management.<\/p>\n
IGCAT staff and contractors have access to users data for the purpose of providing services (reply to enquiries about IGCAT; send IGCAT’s Newsletter).<\/p>\n
Only official contact information is stored on staff computers on a permanent basis. Contractors at IGCAT sign an agreement that they will not use collected data for any other activities and that they will delete \/ return information at the conclusion of their mission with IGCAT.<\/p>\n

We take the principles of data minimisation and removal seriously and have internal policies in place to ensure that we only ever ask for the minimum amount of data for the associated purpose and delete that data promptly when the user requests it.<\/p>\n
