Micle is 22 years old and is a young consultant chef. He completed his culinary degree at Padova hospitality school and refined his knowledge by taking specialization courses at CAST Alimenti, Brescia, where his love for gastronomy grew and his skills improved using technology and modern cooking techniques. Currently, he is part of the counselling team of CAST Alimenti, where he develops new ideas about street food, barbecue, and healthy and conscious eating. His passion is to organize and optimize food production lines through exploring innovating cooking techniques such as vacuum-seal cooking and sous vide cooking. His dream is to become an important consultant for big food production chains. Andrei was awarded the third prize in the competition thanks to his dish Polenta con ragù, an innovation of a typical Bergamo recipe.
